Buyout completed. My shares all taken out at @2.30/sh today.

Fwiw, my notes show I started buying 1/04 @ 1.87/sh. Averaging down that year with subsequent buys as the stock continued to drop: at 1.71, 1.62, 1.55, 1.35, 1.22, 1.16, 1.10, 1.15 and 0.79. More at 0.82 (in 1/05). Lost some confidence 7/05 - 8/05 and trimmed position @1.36, 1.60, 1.68. Back for more in 8/06 with strong buys at 2.00 and 2.02.
