Been there. Seen that. They said the exact same thing about Pakistan's nuclear weapons - that the "crazy" Pakistanis would attack India with a nuke. I told Indian folks that things would be better because both the countries would be on par. Fast forward to today, the two countries have better relations than they had 10 years ago.
