Nuinsco Resources Cusip number change

At the open on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2007, the Cusip number will be changed from 670902 10 5 to 670902 40 2.

This action results from the recently effected plan of arrangement involving Nuinsco Resources Ltd. and Victory Nickel Inc. whereby, among other things:

each common share of Nuinsco outstanding prior to the arrangement has become one new common share of Nuinsco, which is equal in all respects to the old Nuinsco common share except for the change in Cusip number; and
holders of old Nuinsco common shares will receive common shares of Victory Nickel on the basis of 0.75 of a Victory Nickel common share for each old Nuinsco common share.

See elsewhere in today's Toronto Stock Exchange bulletins for information regarding the original listing of the Victory Nickel common shares.

It is understood that letters of transmittal were mailed to the shareholders of old Nuinsco on or about Jan. 4, 2007, requesting them to return the letters of transmittal duly completed and executed, together with the certificates representing their old Nuinsco common shares to Computershare Investor Services Inc. in Toronto in order to receive a certificate representing an equal number of New Nuinsco common shares and a certificate representing the Victory Nickel common shares to which they are entitled.
