on real estate? From where I sit, Vosilla is right on real estate. Florida is an up and coming disaster. Heck. Taxes have tripled for new buyers and the tax collectors/municipalities have already spent the money. Insurance is even worse. Amazing that housing prices are even as high as they are. 75% of the buyers are gone. More people leaving the state than coming in. Who can blame them. Look out below. I'm looking to short the hommies by the beginning of summer.
