I didn't do anything special, just pointed the camera at the moon and the trees until I got a shutter set that got the best picture. I couldn't quite catch the clouds, which were quite beautiful. It would have been better with a tripod. Maybe if you had just stepped back about ten paces. When one takes a picture of the moon, one doesn't want to get too close. ;)
