Colder forecast going forward at mid-month. This reverses last week's publicity of milder temps taking over which I believe was partially responsible for the dampened market response to frigid early February. Chicago, Cleveland and Pittsburgh now showing single digit lows after a few day period of moderately warmer temps. If this forecast holds thru Monday am, we should see a bullish reaction especially since WS will be going to work in arctic air. Joel
