I'm the -34 in southern Wisconsin. This is starting to get real cold. I think Oral would agree with this - the real cold comes when its below -25 and wind chill is -65-90. Going out driving is more unsafe now (to me) than it is when its snowing. These are circumstances where people will pull over to help another person.
