In addition, the price-per-square foot for built commercial property in Dubai doubled last year, and nearly one in 10 unrestricted properties in Dubai changed hands in a sales transaction. The figures confirm that it was a landmark year for the local real estate market as demand pushed prices to unprecedented levels.
