Bush-Cheney-Delay allowed Big Oil to cheat like there was no tomorrow and it's still going on. That is one of the biggest reasons to oppose Bushies and the oil-pimping rightwing going forward. The only good news is that their greed and corruption has created a backlash. The citizens and consumers are fighting back, without Bush's help, and we are going to start really getting serious about replacing oil once Bush is out of the way. Bush-cheney are real impediments to progress. Their wars in the ME jack up prices too. Which is one reason they may want more wars. Wars = profits.
