I've only been in that low temps while in upper New York in the Adirondacks....I saw it -50 on the front porch. Hubby told me it got that cold in the winters sometimes when he was a kid...I thought he was being funny. He wasn't.... I saw it for myself. You can walk around, but you sure can't take a in deep breath.
