The China expert said water is the number one problem in China. Apparently they are drawing down the aquifers so rapidly the entire area is sinking at a very fast rate; and within ten years some major cities will not have enough water.

Pollution and water are the two most important problems China is addressing. Over 50 billion for the water canals alone.

How many knew that-lol?

I think EC's post showing how much base metals China will need to build millions of electric and hybred cars is very telling. They have to lower pollution as the growing middle class is demanding it.

Jimmy Rogers, many years ago, was the first guy to see that base metals/commodites would be in ever increasing short supply.
