Is this the "3G for All" deal? Would this likely be the rationale for Q halting stock buybacks until this news is made public? It is the "3G for All" program that is sponsered by the GSMA. Hopefully, in addition to the announcement of the winning handset, we'll get some numbers on device volumes. IMO, that would constitute material news. Of course, we might get some other announcements (MediaFLO in Europe? UMB?) at 3GSM that could be material as well. Slacker
