I don't think anybody holds prostate cancer against a candidate. That's a one-shot, and he's done with it. I know the electorate in general, and Republicans in general, do not hold divorce against a candidate. Reagan was divorced. Unfortunately, Biden's assessment of Obama is the way that "nice" country club Democrats look at "uppity" blacks like Obama. He's polite, well-spoken, and "clean." They might even sponsor him to one of their country clubs. President, however? I don't think country club Democrats are any more likely to elect Obama than Hillary.
