Keitel made the point that the company continues to believe shares are undervalued but often does not feel that purchasing shares would be ethical because of the many positives undisclosed to the market. When will this "undisclosed positives" will be announced? There are probably some shares purchased because of that statement by Q's CFO, and some people might defer selling the stocks awaiting for the news. If the news is not forthcoming in the near term, Q could be a target for class action suit. And that's ugly for every side: the shareholders and the company. The only one smiling will be Mr. Lerach and Mr. Weiss.
