Bush manipulate's the intelligence to fit his policy. Mish cherry pick's data to fit his story.

I won't be that harsh on Mish. I just think he needed to respect that others could come to diametrically opposed theories based on viewing very similar data.....and to honestly allow that they could be right. That kind of humility breeds true learning IMO.

From what I can see, Mish reads a tremendous amount and one has to suppose not all of it favors his viewpoint. In fact, over the years I have seen a morphing of his beliefs.

I have no problem with the deflationist argument, just with anyone who uses it as a club to denigrate the opinions or arguments of others. Even so, the only time I have a problem is when it is happening, I usually let go of it shortly afterwards.....life is too short.

Mish is OK, just needs to improve his presentation style a bit.
