New Orleans is probably one of the worst cities pertaining to reliance on welfare, but there are others that come close. I would bet that areas of NYC are the same, as would be Chicago, and any other large city in the nation. Just think about the drain on tax payer's money by the illegals in California. The minuter they get here, someone teaches them how to suck the teat of the welfare system.

Such programs are going to sink the American boat from within.
