I'm less hopeful of Russia.. I think they have embraced capitalism at its worst. I remember posting long way back that China and India settling their differences and cooperating would be sublime.. Religion and caste though are still big issues greatly inhibiting their infrastructure expansion. China doesn't have these hurdles so my first bet is still China for long term growth... I think all the dough I put in China funds will pay off handsomely over the next decade.
