Wstl has 39 million shares and Amtx has 19.2. This means Wstl will have 54 millions shares.

Wstl will then have the best DMT, CAP and VDSL tech plus chip design rights.

Wstl may have a nasty looking eps for the next couple of Qs unless we have an earning supprise coming. With the ramp up and new employees, I expect downward # for this Q.
