Yes, I was looking at older data. China is indeed catching up to us quickly - more reason for us to take the high ground and pressure them into similar reductions.

I notice you didn't respond to any of the other many points. Figures. Very Coulteresque of you; attack a tree and ignore the forest.

If the reasons for not moving forward are purely economic, don't dunderheads like Will simply admit that and not try to deny the reality of the science?
