ADP Announces Major Contract With BMW China Automotive

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NYSE: ADP) today announced a major contract with BMW China Automotive to exclusively support its BMW and MINI Chinese dealer networks. ADP's state-of-the-art dealer management system (DMS) will support all of BMW China's sales, after-sales and accounting processes.

This expanded presence in Asia extends ADP's position as a market leader for DMS and IT services worldwide. ADP provides dealers, distributors and manufacturers throughout Europe, Africa, Central America and Asia-Pacific with core DMS products, services and support. This announcement follows agreements with BMW in Korea; DaimlerChrysler in 23 worldwide markets; and contracts with the UK's Sytner Group (UAG); a Mitsubishi importer in Denmark; and numerous other users in Western Europe.
