SECOND AEROTWIN ENGINE PATENT GRANTED - Major Industry Article Highlights Engine Features / Other Developments Reported

(LAS VEGAS, NV, February 5, 2007) – AirScooter Corporation (OTC: ASCO), an innovator of new air vehicle technology announced today the receipt of a second U.S. patent on its AeroTwin® four-stroke aircraft engine. The latest patent includes 23 claims focusing on the innovative lightweight one-piece head/cylinder design and related circulation and cooling methods. The AeroTwin produces an efficient 65 hp at 4200 rpm, smooth/flat torque and quiet operation for a wide range of sport vehicles. Visit www.airscooter.com and go to the Investor Information page.

“This invention is an important advance in engine design allowing the production of a light-weight, powerful four-stroke engine that can effectively manage internal engine pressures,” said Dwaine Barnes, president of AirScooter Corporation. “Building on the claims of the first patent issued in 2005, this patent focuses on a range of innovations proprietary to the AeroTwin engine.”

Barnes added, “We are extremely pleased with OEM and customer response to AeroTwin and we will soon start assembling the next production run using new advanced tooling. The recent eleven-page feature article in Contact! Magazine, a news forum focused on designers and builders of experimental aircraft, is an effective marketing tool for AeroTwin. The feature titled “Under-Promising, Over-Delivering: The AeroTwin AT972T” contains more than 20 high-quality photos, specifications and schematics with detailed in-depth information important to customers.” See www.contactmagazine.com and www.aerotwinmotors.com for additional information.

The Company also announced the following developments:

- A new gear reduction box assembly provides a range of reduction ratios and also incorporates an integrated clutch to allow extremely smooth power transition for a wide assortment of props. This novel accessory makes the flexible AeroTwin engine adaptable to most any aircraft application. A wind tunnel video of the engine and clutch in operation can be viewed at: aerotwinmotors.com.

- The Company has sold out and closed out its inventory of hobby models. This segment has been discontinued to focus resources on the engine, UAV and AirScooter segments. The knowledge obtained from hobby development contributed to the design and performance of the Company’s six-foot coaxial G70 UAV.

- Military applications of unmanned aircraft systems are growing rapidly. The Company’s G70 is targeted at both military and civil applications for a niche between high-end hobby craft and expensive military UAVs.

- The Company has installed new composite rotors on AirScooter and is testing the combination of a new drive system and rotors powered by the AeroTwin engine.
