Falcon Oil---As I've always said if there is a way to screw it up the Bruners will figure it out:

FALCON OIL & GAS (V-FO) $2.84 +0.03

We sold our Falcon Oil & Gas some time ago, as we wrote that up on April 25, 2006. Not at the perfect time, but in hindsight, not at too bad a time at all. Falcon has buried many of the “who’s who” of Bay Street over the last few months and they continue to deliver results that seem to under-whelm from their Mako Trough property in Hungary.

Dreams of being another Ultra Petroleum (UPL) seems to be fast disappearing. But for anyone still following this stock, we point out that one of the reasons we gave up was the huge number of shares outstanding. At the time we gave up, it was about 400 million shares fully-diluted. As of today, it now has 509 million shares fully-diluted and the company says they are talking to bankers about borrowing money.

We wonder what comes first...a new management team...a billion shares outstanding...or what the chart says might be their next stock price, $1.50?
