I guess that since I have recently nibbled at CALP I should be more understanding of this lawsuit? Gosh this is interesting. Wonder what the AntiCancer lawyers did to so piss off the judge?

I wonder if the initial AntiCancer lawsuit wasn't a prophylactic measure? CALP surely would have looked very close at the merits of the suit before the pickup of XGEN - wouldn't they? Given that CALP went ahead with the merger and given the results you have just posted, you have to at least think that CALP is in a strong position here.
