Kerry would make a great president. His thoughtfulness and gravity are exactly what we need in the world now to figure out the problems we face. In 2004 Kerry was cheated out of the presidency in Ohio and with the smearvets phony smear campaign, so of course he's got a burden to carry from that. Gore had one to carry too, though he has a second chance now. Kerry's chance may come too, though being the president is hardly the only way to make an important positive difference in the world. Meanwhile Bush remains the worst and most dishonest and disgraceful president in US history. And Cheney is little more than a political criminal screaming to be indicted and locked up.
