You obviously have given this lawsuit much attention. Sounds like you have gone back and forth some as to the seriousness to XGEN (CALP). Your notes triggered why I bought XGEN - the revenue growth.

CALP had to look at this lawsuit and decided to go with the acquisition despite it. That CALP share price is doing okay, given there is virtually no "insider" selling, and given the ruler across the knuckles to AntiCancer by the judge, seems to me worth sticking around. Did you pick up what AntiCancer had done in the courtroom to get the wrath of the judge?
