XM's investors are much more knowledgeable (after Xm's investors are largely institutional, whereas SIRI's are largely individuals who are subject to the whims of their idiot brokers).

I find this concept quite interesting. One would have thought that a stock that is highly held by institutions would have the HIGHER Market Cap.. Not LOWER??

After all.. Wouldn't they have attempted to defend the stock price in the slide?

I now understand exactly why some analysts claim that XMSR has more downside potential than SIRI.. After all.. when those institutions finally wake up.. The exedous will be quick and painfull. While SIRI has is exposed to institutional ownership at a much lower rate.

Like you said.. Pretty soon those "more knowledgeable" XM invested institutions are going to figure it out. Whereas, the retail investors tend to be more of the ZERO to $1000 mentality.

I would not view this as a "good sign".
