As a rule of thumb, the smaller the pepper, the hotter it is... this one is not much bigger than a nickel in size, it's really tiny, and is about 400 times hotter than a jalapino... you can also use them, maybe 1/4 of one, in making a great spaghetti sauce, if you like it really hot, or chop 1/4 of it up into a pan while sauteing italian sausage with onions and green and red peppers... but you better wear gloves when you work with it, otherwise your skin will burn for two days... GZ
