OREM, UT--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 6, 2007 -- Omniture, Inc. (NasdaqGM:OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced that Zune, Microsoft's recently announced music and entertainment platform, has selected Omniture to optimize visitor interactions for its Zune Marketplace. Omniture will provide actionable insight for the Microsoft-Zune team to continually enhance the quality of the customer experience as they interact with the online digital music store.

With the information provided by Omniture solutions, Zune can continue to exceed customer expectations in the rapidly growing market of online media and entertainment. "One of our core strategies has always been to work closely with our customers to understand and respond to their needs," said Josh James, CEO and co-founder, Omniture. "The expansion of our partnership with Microsoft into the digital media division is an example of this, and a direct result of the longstanding relationship our companies have had for more than five years."
