Carl/Zeev, I have a feeling that TRKN has a winner with the OXIDE etch. It seems that alot of players want to move to .25u with current technology and down to .2u with Cu. However, no one out there is capable of oxide etch below .3u (with good yeilds). If I'm not mistaken TRKN can take their oxide etchers down to .18u. It seems that the AL is not the real road block at this point, it's really the Oxide etch. It's no wonder that TRKN sold 3 units the same quarter that they were introduced...it will be interesting to see how many they sell this quarter. If TRKN can get the Oxide etch into production anytime soon, I'm sure it will generate enough business to save their butts in their other areas. If I'm not mistaken, Oxide etch is the lion share of all the etch types. What have you heard on Oxide in the industry... dave
