"Nope still alive...but no longer serving." I stand corrected then... (I was sure ole Fritz had departed. :-) "now they have Lindsey Graham..who's turned into a complete jerk!" As an ex-military lawyer... I actually though he brought some very helpful perspectives into the debates about 'enemy combatant' trials.... Though I'm far less convinced that his current stated desire (along with McCain) to increase US force deployment in Iraq is a good idea.... (In fact... it sounds like an extremely BAD idea to me.)
