Is that the same bus driver who NAILED Brinker on his conflict of interest with UTEK?

"Like many I do thank bob for getting me started managing my own money. There was a time when I had a great deal of faith in him. That all changed late in 1997 after he touted UTEK on NBR. Then I find out he had that "relationship" with the company, an undisclosed relationship.

Needless to say I felt deceived. To be fair I wanted to get bob's side of the story. I called the radio program in Feb. 1998 and got right through to the producer. I told him my question and was put on hold. A few minutes later the producer came back on and told me "We decided not to go with the question" and then he hung up.

Then I was mad!

The very next weekend I called and told the screener I wanted to know about researching CEOs and board members to find out if there were people of character or characters. They put me on the air. The first thing I did is butter bob up and thank him "for what he does".

Then we talked for awhile about background info on corporate officiers and board members. Then I asked bob if he had time for another quick question, and he said sure. I talked about how much I respected him until we were past the seven second delay. Then I asked if it was true about his relationship with our favorite small cap semiconductor cap ex company.

I am sure you could have knocked bob over with a feather. There was a long silence, then he recovered and talked about how he disclosed the relationship and how he liked the management etc. Needless to say very soon my end of the line was cut off so I could not add anymore to the conversation.

It was then I knew all I needed to about bob's character. I got another opportunity to bring this to light the next time bob was on NBR I did make sure Paul Kangass knew about this. Paul did ask bob about it during the interview. bob did a pretty professional job of lying and if you only heard what was said you might be fooled. But if you saw it on TV and saw bob's body language it was an entirely different situation.

For a second I thought bob was going to jump out of his chair and grab Paul by the throat. bob was not comfortable. When was the last time bob was on NBR? Smile!

BTW you may have noticed when I type bob's name I try not to use a capital for the first B. This is my own way of expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with bob and his tactics."
