I emailed, and that was the response I received. I will say that I could also believe that "production" refers to final production sample availability date, because otherwise, "mid 2007" is going to mean September. Still Q3, but very late. BTW, do you recall this post of yours? Any updated comment? What do you think has gone wrong with AMD's process and/or design to limit the top clock to 2.5GHz, late this year on those parts, and 2.3GHz for mainstream parts? Message 23092705 A Quad Core at 2.9 GHz with 125W seems OK since ... Garnered you 5 "recommendations" from the faithful, even.
