It seems that nothing has changed then. No Barcelona disaster...

2.3GHz @ 95W at launch as stated in the table means that these
devices are technically capable of performing at 2.5 GHz @ 120W.
June is the likely sample availability from final production.

2.5GHz was the introduction number known for SE Server
processors with a 120W TDP.

There were road maps, and they keep appearing, that have a
2.9 GHz Agena FX part, that should be at 125W. It wouldn't
surprise me AMD doesn't increase that to 140W (more than the
2.66 GHz Cloverton at 130W) since the early availability date
given on that Roadmap. FX is small quantity and low bin split.

We'll see. If seen no official guidance from AMD yet.
