They have at least 17 million outstanding shares....or did at March 30, 1997. Venture to say that number is bumping 20 million by now....before the 2x and 1 for 20 split.

I put no faith in a lawsuit based on an oral agreement....Do you?

The issues that need to be discussed here are the dynamics of the company, the value of the ticker, and the chance that a squeeze is possible. You are basing much of what you believe on the idea that the MM have done wrong....Have they?.....Why do we believe this? Perhaps one of the AOL guys that are rounding up the players could stop by here to lay it all out......
