United Nations Security Council Resolution 1441 was a resolution by the UN Security Council, passed unanimously on November 8, 2002, offering Iraq "a final opportunity to comply with its disarmament obligations"

After 12 years and 10 other resolutions Iraq didn't have enough time? You can't say that they didn't have enough time or chances to abide. You just can't say that and be honest.

All these UN Resolutions and 12 years of time...and you try to say they didn't have enough time?

They rather said they would like to have longer period of inspections. And we broke them off at three and a half months, which was a very short time. There was nothing in the resolution from 2003 that suggested that it should be so short."
