I'm aboard. I agree the merger is our best outcome given the current situation. The need for amtx for cash and the delay in the cg were putting mgmt in a pinch that could have been excessively dilutive to long term holders of amtx. As it is we go forward from here as a stronger entity with one voice rather than two in comp. with each other. If amtx had been able to pull off adsl dmt by itself their would have been less inertia to the stock movement. Time was not available and mgmt had to move. The combined firms should be able to accelerate the process of adoption of the technology and get us the returns we want. We need to pull together and put the same effort into tracking events important to the success of the merged companies that we have enjoyed separately. Regards: Cliff Wood
