Just saw a Bloomberg TV report saying land prices that have dropped 9% nation wide will fall a likely 30% more as residential development builders have largely ceased to buy.
They interviewed a farmer on a large property saying he kicks himself over and over, he had turned DOWN an offer of 90million for his land thinking it was just going to go up.
His reality check. He is offering now at 50 million and has no takers!!!
He says to those saying they haven't missed the top are plain lying to themselves. Max
