I'm like MPH in that my 2 eyes need to be the same. When they simulated the mono to me I didn't like it all. I had an Amish customer that did it and after 2 weeks went back to get the eye corrected for distance as he felt like his eyes had a tug of war going on all the time. And if your farsightedness gets worse with further aging you would need a prescription pair of reading glasses which was the final kicker for my wife. Now it's just stop at Walgreen's for the 5 dollar pair at the counter.
