I would say that it would be natural for Bill Richardson and the Canadian Prime Minister and anybody promoting the war to agree that it was legal rather than illegal (who would advocate that they are doing an illegal act???). I think Kofi Annan is far more credible to speak on behalf of the UN (the world countries) on whether or not the war was illegal. So, you have your opinion and I have mine. But I believe mine is far more credible since the head of the UN disputes what you say, and what you say is simply self-serving otherwise you'd have to claim that the action by the US bordered on criminal.
