I'm currently in my 4th bidding war on a home. I ended up losing the first 3. They were asking 735, i went in at 720 and I'm now at 751. There doesn't seem to be much of a bust where I'm at.

I'm looking for a house in good shape that doesn't need to be overhauled, good schools with a neighborhood. Close to the train, highway and shopping. In fact, this is the last one left, without it, I have to buy a rehabber.
