here's an odd contest....... CAIR Calls for Contributions to Photo Project The Council on American-Islamic Relations is accepting photographs for its new "American Muslim Legacy" project. By Aimee Baldridge February 7, 2007 The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has launched the "American Muslim Legacy" photography project, and is now accepting contributions from both amateur and professional photographers. The Islamic civil rights and advocacy group will select submitted images of American Muslim life for inclusion in its collection. Selected images will later be made available to the public in an online database. CAIR is accepting photographs in four fairly broad categories: 1. American Muslim History 2. Diversity of the American Muslim Community 3. Muslims Making a Difference 4.
