I don't consider it acceptable to blow up innocent human beings. However, there is a reason why people resort to such drastic actions. As you can see, Palestine has no weapons or armaments to defend itself from Israeli occupation. With the overkill by the Israelis there is blowback and you get the suicide bombers.

Monks in Vietnam used to burn themselves to death to protest the US presence.

Indians used to non-violently approach British police and let the police club them to the ground to protest living under British rule.

Why can't the Palestinian suicide bomber go to the middle of the public square, announce that he/she has a bomb which he/she is about to detonate, let the public get safely away from the bomb and let the TV cameras get a nice view, then detonate themselves into oblivion to protest Israel, killing no one but themselves, and get some world opinion on their side?
