Hal, Yes, shareholders for both AMTX & WSTL will need to approve the deal. As a shareholder in both I will be voting yes. I assume you can buy AMTX shares right up until the two stocks are merged probably sometime early next year. Until then the two stocks should move pretty much in tandem. Terry
