Hi Glenn,

I'm actually not stalking you this time. I just happened upon this thread and saw your postings. : )

I have a question regarding shells if you don't mind and assuming you have some experience in this area.

Suppose a languishing public company is bought by a privately held company. After the acquisition, the filing with SEC stops, and the shell is dropped to the pinks. I assume the privately held acquirer stills owns the shell and could resurrect it any time it wants...or not? Is that right?
