You are, indeed, an example of the fullest flowering of southern chivalry. My apologies for misconstruing your post. It is unfortunate that more people of the 'yankee' persuasion didn't understand the underlying political truths of the 'War for States Rights'. It is bitter comfort knowing that they labor under the same monstrous Federal government that they imposed on the South. Every April 15th, I pay reparations grudgingly but I do enjoy knowing that the other side is signing a check about the same time. It is, also, bitter comfort knowing that, while we struggle under their political system, it is headed by Clinton and Gore. (Talk about just rewards!!). Again, my most sincere apologies.
