Borb,

Positive? No. However, this is a startup company that if it pulls off what its plan is, this baby will go. I like risk - this has always been a risky play and will continue to be until they are in operation.

They reduce their risk by using subcontractors for the software and hardware. In addition, they are reducing their risk by not targetting US citizens and have devised a way to prevent US citizens from playing (unless somebody has some kind of offshore address that would make it impossible for vteh to police). They expect to completely comply with gaming regulations in the US.

Did you notice that the Minnesota senator who opposes on line domestic gaming estimated the worldwide market to be significantly larger than what vteh has been saying? By the way, his comments were immediately followed by the drop in share price again - shorters are said to be responsible.

I wonder to what extent this gentleman is influenced by local indian gaming interests as well as Nevada or New Jersey interests.
