Many years ago I was told by an authority that most of the citizen murders occur in the black districts and are black against black, that same person told me if they ever leave their districts then it wont be a civilian thing anymore but a Revolution and severe steps will be taken. I dont know about the rest of the country, but up in West Palm Beach, Fla. they are having drive by shootings it seems nearly every weekend now and to my knowledge over the past couple of years NOT ONE PERSON has been arrested. The police claim the citizenry is too scared to assist. jdn
