I had someone call Forecross Investor Relations for me, (I didn't want to get charged
for long distance so I found someone in California to do it for me). I gave him a list of
questions toask, I'm not sure who he talked to. Here is the result (tha guy who called
for me was a guy by the name of David Rompel, he was a computer programer or
consultant or something for IBM for six years and got early retirement):

I understand what they are doing and with assumption that
they are telling the truth I think they are cool company...

the 2000 issue is overhyped and they are riding it...
but their tools as described to me sound killer

migrations of code from mainframes is great $$$$ oportunities
and if they can pick up 2000 issues at same time...they will make
lots
of $$$$

Here is the letter i e-mailed them , ask them these questions,
another year 2000 programer say's that their technology can't be, I
don't know here it is

Q: Could you please tell me what advantage you have over your
competition? Also, why are you guys only aiming for 500 million
dollars when the industry is expected to bring in 300-600
billion dollars?

A: Data analisys is key strength... automated tools do everything
stupid keyboard people do work with 1/3 being programmers

---------
$500M
that is only one press release where the dist expects to do that small
portion they think....

Q: Why
are you guys trading on Vancouver and not in America? It seems
you have <net> not been discovered yet.
A: -------- moving, AMERICAN EXCHANGE.... 1,-3
Quarters ASAP took the company public on training wheels approach in
canadian as it didn't meet rules of US markets

==============
Q: Do you have plans to move to an American
exchange?
============
Q: Where do all your operating expenses come from?
================
A: He didn't want to go into details on this
call him for more info he is in office
didn't think it was good question

================
Q: W
hat do you
have that is better than Viasoft or Data Dimension or Alydaar?

A: Viasoft .... doesn't have much more than basic tools
they have full automation....
they use $12/hr users vs $40/hr engrs
6 prog 10M/day

A: DataDim is body shop of slaves who do grunt work
with rudenmentary tools

A: Can't remember what he said on alydaar
---------------------------

Q: Please explain to me in simple English what your company does and how
you plan to fix the Year 200 problem.

A: Automated tools go through all code and finds instances of
date problems as well as other migration issues in full analysis
of original.... they take that from cust site and
build new code at homebase... and it runs.... few -> no programming
nessesary

=================================
Q:I would also like to know what you guys plan
to do after the year 2000. Thank you and please respond as soon
as <net> possible.

A: Euro curancy stuff
currency migration.......
till 2002...
and on

--------- asked finantials
$2M /yr best so far
booked $2M in last few weeks.
