Looks like some heavy accumulation on the weekly .. Daily looks fairly parabolic .. it can't track that Angle .. it'll have to revert to some more stable angle like a 45*. When they Diverge from the 13ema they pull back or pause. It's just a matter of time. Then the 13 will either be support or not.
