Well, since border officials and American Embassy personnel let in all of the terrorists for 9/11 through airports and the only terrorist they caught was on the Canadian border, I wouldn't assume that the terrorist problem was at that border. Since all of the terrorists they caught were Arab Muslims, I wouldn't assume that Canadians were a big factor in the equation.

I think I would want every Arab who came into the country questioned. This thing with passports only affects Canadians. I have brought busloads of Japanese tourists into the US, and they had to have Visas and passports, and everyone of them was checked. The other people who are affected are Americans, who cannot come home with no passport. How many American Terrorists do you know of? never mind, America has it's share of whackos, as we all know.
